Moving the Boston Database

When using a MS-Jet or SQLite database with Boston it is important that Boston have access to a folder that it can write to.
If you need to move the Boston database to a folder that Boston can write to, follow these instructions:

======
1. Create this folder which you will own and can always write to:

                C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\FactEngine\database

2. Copy the Boston database...(boston.vdb) to that folder

3. Pin Boston to the Takbar

                Right-click on Boston in the Start menu...[Pin to Taskbar]

4. Hold down the [Alt] key and click (start) Boston in the Taskbar

5. The [Boston Configuration] form will open

6. Click on the folder icon for the database...and select/navigate-to the database (boston.vdb) in C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\FactEngine\database

7 Your connection string will now look like:

            Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=C:\Users\<your user>\AppData\Local\FactEngine\database\boston.vdb

8 [Okay] to save (Boston will start)
======

Boston will now always point to that database.
