Boston Enterprise's licensing is based on concurrent users. For example, if you have a 10 concurrent user license, then a maximum of 10 people can use Boston Online at the same time.

NB You may well have 20, 30 or 100 people who have access to Boston Online...but under a 10 concurrent user license, only 10 of those people can use Boston Online at the same time.

Concurrent user licensing is designed to minimise the cost of running Boston Online while maximising the availability and functionality of Boston Online.
